Shipping: Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout for smaller items. For larger items, shipping is based on weight, size, shipping location and other factors. This will be determined prior to finalizing your order.
Product Warranty: Product warranties vary per item and manufacturer. Please contact us for more details on our warranties.
Product Returns: At QualityAutoEquipment.com, we strive for customer satisfaction and want you to be happy with the products you purchase from us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order. Returns are approved on a case by case basis depending on the item and manufacturer. Returned items must be in new, unused, and resalable condition, and in original packaging. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and most items have a 25% restocking fee. Return shipping costs will be at the customer’s expense. Returns will be inspected prior to issuing a credit. To return an item, please contact us for further instructions on returning a product. If you have a change of heart about an order you placed and it has not been shipped, we will gladly cancel the order. If the item has been shipped or you have received the item and wish to return it or would like to exchange it for another product, there will be a 25% restocking fee, PLUS any freight charges QualityAutoEquipment.com may have incurred. It is important to contact us before taking any action on returning a product.
